When it came time for the Vineyard association of churches to launch their international missions group, we needed to create everything – from identity, to web, to printed materials. The goal for the logo and identity pieces was to embody the fluid, organic, and globally multicultural flavor of their enterprise. The clean, classic typography was melded with a fluid, craftsman-inspired mark, and then juxtaposed with textural elements reminiscent of the handcrafted textiles and prints of many of the nations the group worked in. Fresh, vibrant colors were chosen to portray the lively nature of their work, and also to pick up the colorful palettes from many of the partnering nations.
